A standout appointment is Haruna Iddrisu, the seasoned politician and former Minority Leader in Parliament, who has been chosen to spearhead the Ministry of Education. Iddrisu’s wealth of experience is expected to usher in meaningful reforms in the education sector.


Kwame Agbodza, a key figure in governance, has been selected to lead the Ministry of Roads and Highways, a vital sector for the country’s infrastructure development and connectivity. Agbodza's appointment is seen as crucial for the development of the nation's road networks.


Eric Opoku, known for his deep understanding of rural development, will take charge of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture. Opoku's leadership is anticipated to focus on bolstering food security and supporting the nation’s farmers, ensuring agricultural growth.

Ahmed Ibrahim will lead the Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy, and Religious Affairs, overseeing critical issues related to local governance, chieftaincy affairs, and religious matters, while Emelia Arthur is set to lead the Ministry of Fisheries and Aquaculture, focusing on sustainable practices and development within the sector.
